Shipping and Return Policy


All orders will be shipped with tracking number within 48 hours after payment received, except weekends and major holidays. Buyer is responsible for all sales tax or import duties that might charge by country or the states. Shipping times may be affected by the shipping service you choose.

All items come with 30-days RISK-FREE warranty by AQUACADE FOUNTAINS.

Replacement and Refund will be AVAILABLE for qualified order within 30 days after purchase date. All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged or defective.

For replacement, goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase and with the original packaging with order ID, buyer ID, transaction ID details.

Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, exchanges. 20% Restocking fee will be applied for returned item. No returns will be accepted if the item is damaged or missing accessories.

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 4 days from delivered date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund will be issued if replacement is not available. Refunds will be determined by the purchase price of the product, shipping and handling is not refundable.

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.

Provide return goods tracking number, Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in return transit.
